I have been taking Magnesium for years and just thought it was a great supplement to help with sleep and gastrointestinal issues. I didn't realize there were such serious side effects. I didn't realize that you could overdose on it, either. This article has definitely opened my eyes to make sure that I am not taking too much of a certain supplement, and I should look at everything that I am taking to make sure I am not doubling up on something, especially Magnesium.

@tajahmcewaniectskin-com I completely agree! I think we all just assume that since it is a supplement or over the counter, it is safe. But that is definitely not the case.

@kijonnaroeiectskin-com, that is so scary! I know people feel desperate sometimes when it comes to weight loss, but there can definitely be consequences when you handle things blindly. I also hope people understand that different magnesiums do different things. I hope people do research before just popping pills.

@ashlee-hawleygmail-com I had recently stopped taking magnesium because it just made me feel so groggy in the morning. I will admit the sleep was great and I even experienced the vivid dreams. I think it just boils down to being more aware of these supplements we take.
