I thought this article was very interesting. Although I do think that taking warm baths may be helpful with releasing stress and helping people relax, I do think that the lower percentages of cardiac events/diseases in those that bath regularly most likely comes from their activity level, lifestyle, and mental outlook. Its not the warm bath itself, its the practice of decompressing and taking little moments for yourself to feel calm and that's what likely helps our cardiovascular system. That's just my take!

@brianahetlandiectskin-com I used to love baths. But as I have gotten older I care more about cleanliness and know that I am going to have to scrub the bath out, run the water, and then take a whole other shower afterwards and I just feel like its so much work ):
