@melissalandersiectskin-com Yes, it gets easier and easier and the hair starts growing less. The skin also feels smoother for longer.
@deborahwatersiectskin-com I have always wondered about bleaching in those areas and have wanted to do it, I have purchased products in the past to help lighten certain areas but they don't seem to be effective and it is hard to find a place that offers it.
I love getting waxed, its so much better than shaving in my opinion because you are hairless for a longer amount of time. I go to the beach all the time during the summer and don't have the time to constantly have a clean shave but then waxing during the summer you have to avoid contact with water and perspiring but in all I feel like its worth it for my lifestyle.
@olgacoloniectskin-com Same! I love waxing but I have severe OCD when it comes to it and want it to just be gone all the time and that's getting harder not to shave in-between with summer coming up.
@francescablackiectskin-com I agree, waxing can be uncomfortable but with the proper techniques and knowledge it can become easier and the repetitive you get with it I feel like you already know what's coming and you start to build up a tolerance especially as the hair gets thinner every time you rip it out of hair follicle with he bulb.
Now after several wax treatments, I can tell a big difference in the texture of my hair. It's finer and it does not grown in as thick. I even waxed my husband's armpits and he now prefer them to be waxed.
@olgacoloniectskin-com Agreed! my hair grows in thinner and the pain associated with the wax coming off is noramal and not so shocking.
@elianaaltamiranoiectskin-com I think waxing fits into my lifestyle as well. I was afraid and felt funny at first, but now I won't touch a razor for any of my hair removal.
I really like waxing but like how many of you said here its important to find someone that will do the proper steps afterwards in order to prevent infection. I do not understand why most places dont even use high frequency afterwards. The wands are inexpensive and the treatment is so incredibly easy to do.
@torimcneilliectskin-com I noticed a difference too with the thickness of my hair. A very nice benefit!
@olgacoloniectskin-com I'm the exact same way..especially with my legs! Its easier for me to wait with my underarms because the hair grows so fast and quick so its way less of a wait time but my legs it takes a bit and I hate the feeling of when my leg hair is growing.
Prior to going to esthetician school, I preferred shaving. I used to get my brazilian wax religiously, however, I found that the statement "it get's less painful" was not true in my case. However, when I got in school and started getting full body waxing, I felt like I would never turn back to shaving. Then, life happened and I no longer had time to go, wait, get waxed, check out, and come back to work or home. I still have a few wax passes left at EWC, however, I can't bring myself to go.
@olgacoloniectskin-com I actually never had that experience. Maybe it is my pain tolerance with waxing. I think I have a relatively high pain tolerance, however, every time I got waxed, I felt horrible.
@elianaaltamiranoiectskin-com I completely agree. With waxing, I can go hairless for a lot longer. My hair naturally grows fast, so when it comes to shaving, I have to every 3 days or I'll look like a cactus.
