I've had a consistent Vit D deficiency for a few years, probably longer. I don't drink dairy or eat eggs due to allergies so I don't get it that way. I am outside a lot so I'm surprised that I still lack Vit D. At one point, I had to take 50,000iu one day a week. Now I do 1,000/daily or sometimes 5,000. There's a different in how I physically feel and how tired my brain is when my levels are low.

@marlimartiniectskin-com I think I may need to take a vitamin D supplement because I try to stay out of the sun and I feel  sluggish.

I drink a lot of milk. Not every day, as I try not to drink it all the time because it makes me phlemmy and I definitely notice it. I grew up with the kind of milk that you had to shake before you drank it. We lived in the country next to a farm and we bought milk and eggs from there. As a kid it didn't have any affect on my body, but now that I'm older it definitely affects my body. With that being said, and the fact that I n ow hid from the sun, I may need to take a vitamin D supplement.

@melissalandersiectskin-com I drink a lot of milk, more than I should and now that I know tanning is the skin's defense mechanism, I hide from the sun. The last time I had labs done, my vitamin D was boarderline, so I'm gonna try to take a vitamin D supplement.
