Notes:

• The Transcript fee is $5.00 per copy.  Your transcripts will not be released if you have outstanding financial obligations to the Institute of Epidermal Cell Therapy.
• Complete a separate request for each institution or person to receive a transcript.

Mandatory for release of transcript: Public Law 93-597, Privacy Act of 1974

• Due to Federal privacy laws, a written or form request with the student’s signature is required. We cannot fulfill e-mail or telephone requests for transcripts.
• Transcripts for work at other institutions, including high schools, become the property of Institute of Epidermal Cell Therapy and will not be released to third parties.

Transcript requests processing timeframe

• Transcript requests are normally processed within one week.  The largest number of requests comes at the end of each academic term.  If you order transcripts at those times, please allow 21 days upon receipt of a written request to provide documentation of hours and performances completed within the program.
