@oliviarossiectskin-com Me as well I have let this happen before and I would also let everything get bottled up until I would just explode and that's not a healthy way to cope with the factors. I wish I would of gotten more education about especially from my parents.
@madisonmendebabiciectskin-com I completely agree. Everyone should be educated on mental illness.
@tristasensemaniectskin-com Having down days is completely normal for all and everyone should be allowed to have them! It is important to take care of yourself and your mental needs.
I am so glad that mental illness is a word that people aren't afraid to use! Being aware of how you are feeling is important, though not always possible. Getting the help you need is first and foremost, and hopefully people wont be ashamed or embarassed.
@alexisdozieriectskin-com Same here Lex! If we'd had education about mental illness and situations and feelings, there would be many more people comfortable talking about it and taking care of it. There is no reason to not get help!
@alizasaundersiectskin-com I love a good down day! To allow myself to make something, be creative, whatever the case may be. It is important to be in touch with our bodies and minds.
Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health. This can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact.
@alizasaundersiectskin-com - If we don't take time for self-care, we can experience more anxiety, feel angry, or possibly get depressed. I was doing some reading and it said that self-care can reduce stress and anxiety levels while increasing self-confidence.
@melissalandersiectskin-com Prioritizing self-care is very important for maintaining good mental health. It can help reduce stress and induce our emotional well-being. Remember, self-care is not a luxury but a necessity for leading a balanced and fulfilling life.
I think the physical and mental health of every human being relies heavily on self-care. Self-care is great to reduce stress, improve your mood, and enhance your overall well-being. For me, just taking the time to put some headphones in and go for a walk, clean my room, or simply take a long shower definitely does all of the above. I also think children should be taught the value of mental and physical health so it can help them to develop a strong foundation for a healthy and happy life and prevent mental health issues later on, such as anxiety or depression, or to let them know they are not alone if they are already experiencing these things.
@torimcneilliectskin-com Totally agree, incorporating small self-care practices into our everyday routines can create a positive ripple effect on our health and happiness.
@melissalandersiectskin-com Same! A supportive environment where people feel comfortable discussing their mental health without shame or embarrassment is crucial in today's world.
