@rebeccamatuskaiectskin-com I agree, I feel so much better when I eat healthy and work out. My skin glows, I have more energy and feel happier. Sometimes I have more energy than my 20 year old. She always tells me she hopes to have my energy when she's my age, so it makes me feel good about myself lol
Back to aging! We are getting into this business for a reason. My reason is that I am interested in aging gracefully, and would love to help others to do that as well. Aging is hard, many other reasons than just the skin. Aches and pains, hormone fluctuations, fatigue. It is important to take care of nutrition, fitness, and your mental game.

You can't stop the aging process of everything in the body but you can perform certain tasks to prevent a increased rate of aging by listening to your body, giving it what it needs and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

@melissalandersiectskin-com There are so many things to factor in, taking certain precautions and working to maintain a healthy lifestyle making sure everything is as in balance as it can be to be able to still enjoy life when you are older and not dealing with as many of the impacts aging will have on your body.
Starting esthetics school at 51 has been the best thing I have done for myself. It has jump started my brain in a big way. I didn't realize how stagnant I had become. Keeping the brain challenged and engaged is something I will continue to do, now that I know what the alternative is.
