@camiryndavisiectskin-com yes I had no idea you could scan documents on it either! What a cool way to level up the app. I'm a huge fan and will be for sure using this in the future instead of just having pictures of documents in my camera roll that take me a while to relocate when I need them.
I like the option of adding a password for privacy as well as the option to pin it. The pin option is actually my favorite. Reason being, I would jot something down and forget it's there, so pinning it does the trick for me.
@megancumberiectskin-com Yes or a little vent note secured with a password.
@brandyhunteriectskin-com I didn't know that at first either. Another convenient option.
When I figured out that the notes app could scan documents, that was a game changer for me. With as many documents that I need to sign and return, it made my life so much easier. I used to either just download a scan app, or have to scan documents when I was at work. However, scanning them at work was no longer an option after I retired. I also love how you can share notes with others and as you make changes, they can see, and vice versa.
@brandyhunteriectskin-com Same! I was PAYING for apps to scan documents. When I found out that I could do it for free on my phone, I was floored!
@ieshabakeriectskin-com The pinning option is great! But I write so much down, I would be pinning everything lol
The notes app is amazing. I use it to store important passwords or things that I need to remember that I know I wouldn't remember on my own in a million years if I tried to myself. Its gotten even better than when the original writer of this post wrote about it. I love the feature that allows you to lock notes away for privacy. It has helped me a lot with this class as well. I store my weekly accessments and client photos here and I love the quick notes
