@olgacoloniectskin-com Yes it is a habit that is hard to break.  My Dad bit his nails his whole life.  He was successful quitting a couple of times but always started back.  Thank goodness he never got an infection

I used to have a bad habit of biting my nails constantly due to my anxiety, I would put nail polish on them to stop, even the nail polish that has a spicy taste to make you not bite anymore. I started getting acrylic nails done and they seemed to do the trick but when they were taken off they were thinner and easier to rip the nails. Ive tried taking on different habits for my anxiety and I still float one to the other but mostly play and twirl my hair around now which isn't the best but its better than destroying my nails.

@camrynauxtiectskin-com My friend was the one who introduced me to the nasty polish that tastes and makes you not want to bite but I got into doing my nails and keeping them kept. Always having a file, cuticle cutter and nail clippers on me at all times so I don't go at it with my teeth and mess it all up.

@abigailcochraneiectskin-com I would do the same, thought it was so cool that I got it down to one bite per nail and they would come off. I get tired of things very fast and have a hard time doing things with longer nails, I love them but its not practical for me.
