I do admit I have had really bad posture ever since I was a kid. I constantly sit on my bed which makes me wanna slouch all the time, I am always looking down at my phone or computer.

@mikaylaalleniectskin-com When I am practicing on the mannequin I do notice the majority of the time I am not sitting straight up and it causes my back to hurt.

@abigailcochraneiectskin-com My mom reminds me all the time to stand straight up. You would have thought I would have caught on by this point.

I can say that I have difficulty managing stress, i make time out of my day to stretch but not like I should be doing. Throughout my life I have always stored my stress in my shoulder blade/neck area I hurt constantly. Maintaining good posture is EXTREMELY important working as an esthetician because when you're constantly sitting and hunching over it can irritate your back pain more.

@sydneyhurdleiectskin-com Posture is so important and stretching is also important to keep your back and neck from hurting.  It is definitely a good habit to have.

All of the points mentioned are opportunities for me to improve my self image, oxygen to the brain while studying esthetics and ensuring I'm not hurting my spine and back. Have good posture is so important for overall well being.

I've started to wear a back brace as much as possible to help with posture. For some reason, having good posture hurts my back, which means I probably spent years not having good posture so my muscles are weak.

@sydneyhurdleiectskin-com I'm definitely going to do some stretches, wear my back brace and pay more attention to my posture as an esthetician!

@aliciawellonsiectskin-com I learned from being on the clinic floor that posture is sooooo important! My back will be killing me if I don't bring my back brace.

@angierodrigueziectskin-com I sat up straight as well when I was reading this. My posture is horrible and and that I'm bending over the table working on clients, I really need to work on my posture.

I really do need to start wearing a back brace because my posture is super bad. And I notice when Im slumping over and try to fix my posture. I'm thinking I need to buy one sooner than later so it doesn't get any worse.

I find myself slouching 95% of the time. I feel like since everyone has a mobile phone or a gaming system its very easy for anyone to have poor posture with their heads down majority of the time. it definitely takes a toll on the body but its definitely the position majority of people find themselves in

I have the worst posture and I always notice it when my back starts to hurt. I need to wear a back brace and be more aware of my posture because it is a fear of mine to be hunched over when I get older.

@aliciawellonsiectskin-com Posture is defiantly something that I need to fix before starting an esthetics career because it does take a huge toll on your back if you aren't standing properly.

@emmamidgettiectskin-com I am the same way and it is especially bad while sitting in bed or at a desk while on my phone or computer.
