In my opinion, the article does a good job explaining how testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is becoming more normal to talk about, especially for men who are getting older and noticing changes in their energy, mood, or overall health. It shows how more people are starting to look into treatments like TRT to help them feel better and get back to feeling like themselves again.

I also think it’s interesting that people like Joe Rogan are open about using TRT and sharing their experiences with it. When public figures talk about things like this, it can make the topic less taboo and encourage others to learn more about their options. At the same time, I think it’s still important for people to talk with a doctor before starting something like hormone therapy to make sure it’s the right choice for them.

I love that he is so open as well because even 10 years ago people were gatekeepers on their fountain of youth secrets. Now we need the article for the woman equivalent.

I think the hormone discussion is a good one to keep having. I often wonder how it will be studies and talked about when we start learning about how birth control at such a young age will start effecting women.

@latriciathompsoniectskin-com right like lets the keep the conversation going. Health care is already so expensive lets normalize talking about things that work for us.
