Employment Verification Terms and Confidentiality

By signing, the Student or Graduate agrees to all of the terms regarding Documentation / attestation of employment, self- employment, temporary employment, part-time employment, continuing employment, and waivers as prescribed herein. Note that the Commission will accept graduate email attestations and waivers received by the institution if the email address of the graduate includes an identifying component of the student’s name (e.g. janesmith@email.com). Further,the Student agrees to all of the terms regarding confidentiality, program information, records/transcripts, release for employment, and agreement to solicit or compete. The student also acknowledges that this is a legal and binding contract and that both parties (IECT and the student) understand the contract and will receive a copy.
