Cells dividing into two new cells also called mitosis. It is process of cell reproduction of human tissues. The cell goes through different phases to divide and then rebuild chromosomes.
Benefit: The major purpose of mitosis is for growth and to replace worn out cells.
Fact: If not corrected in time, mistakes made during mitosis can result in changes in the DNA that can potentially lead to genetic disorders.
