I have worked with all types of personalities. I find that some are just not going to comply. Understanding that will help to deal with them. If its a student I give a verbal warning, then a written warning. They usually comply after that as after 3 written warnings they may be asked to leave the program

@ieshabakeriectskin-com for sure. Remembering that everyone has different work styles and motives reminds you how to deal with them in the work place, or how to to keep your interactions very minimal if needed

I have worked with almost every type of person on this list when I was in the military. My direct supervisor was for sure a tormentor for me and I had to try my best not to really take it there with her a few times. It was very hard, and mentally draining but I figured out how to navigate her

@torimcneilliectskin-com And the truth is kids are so random and they are into anything you really never know what they touch or are getting into so you have to be very careful when dealing with them because you just never know.

@latriciathompsoniectskin-com For sure. Because you really never know what is on the surface that you touch and then you touch your face, eye, mouth, a child, or anything. I was very cautious after COVID but this added an extra layer for sure.

This was a very eye opening article because I never heard of this before. I only know that people could get herpes on their lips or mouth area, I have never seen any form of the virus to this degree or anything that I guess comes from that family but forms into something so huge. I couldn't imagine how painful and uncomfortable that could be to deal with for over a month. I also did not know that a person who has HSV 2 is easier to get HIV.

@tajahmcewaniectskin-com Me too. I also never see that much of a difference with my skin becoming more bright. It just looks sweaty/dewy and red because I become flush sadly.
